Dude, I swear. I've been looking at the highlights of the games A LOT, and I am still faked every single time on every single play when we used the formation.

I do not really think we will use it that much anymore, maybe once in awhile, but what will help us is that teams are going to gameplan against it, so they will not be able to concentrate on the other parts of our offense as much.

It should give us another advantage, and a couple more wins just because of it

I think we will use it more than most think. Until someone completely shuts it down i see about uhh 10%-15% or so of our snaps will be in that formation.

Look at it either you bite on the fake and let ronnie pick from one of the HUGE LANES. Or you give it to ricky or ted or whoever already at full speed while the d is flat footed with Ginns and Rickys speed...turning the corner will come with ease. hell even a reverse a pitch to Chad and a throw down field because the secondary bite the fake is a possibility.

I think depending on the personnel we put into the formation there can be like 6,7 things you can do out of it thats alot to think about and if you have a defense thinking alot you get big plays

I say we use it for the first play of the game against SD and let Ronnie throw a bomb to Ginn for 6. Whos with me?

Ride that wave as long as you can before it breaks

I still would like to see Ronnie line up like he did to take the snap and have williams and pennington as split backs and then have ronnie hand off to pennington for a pass.

I would love to see something diffrent and drastic out of this formation against the chargers to let the league know that they wont be able to prepare for it because anything can happen in that formation.

I think that will be what we do over our two weeks maybe an extra 15 minutes practice adding wrinkles to the Hog formation.....there are 3 guys i think can handle the snap Ginn, Ronnie, Bess...who can hand it to Bess, Ginn, Ronnie and Ricky or take it themselves.....or hand it of to Ginn or Penny for a pass....thats alot to think about and no matter how prepared you think you are you cannot cover all of those possibilities

Ronnie Brown throws a hail marry to Pennington and scores a TD and CP has twice as much receiving yards then Ginn.:sidelol:

I think they will integrate the formation with a no huddle approach. In a 3rd and 8 situation, calling a passing play with wildcat #1 as a no huddle follow-on could be very effective. The 3rd down package for most teams will have a hard time with the wildcat formation. Just think what could happen when you immediately go into wildcat after making a tough 3rd and 8. That could end up in a TD run for either Ronnie or Ricky. Think how much time the next defensive coordinator has to spend coming up with solutions out of the 3rd down package. They had better not go dime. If they do, then they will probably call a timeout. For that reason alone, forcing teams to burn timeouts it is worth using this approach.

I think bring on more Trick plays... maybe see Dan Carpenter Launch one to Ginn on a Punt or somethin. As well as this Wildcat formation, we sure could throw a few more in there to confuse people....
