Well, I guess it depends. When I was a sailor visiting Toulon, France one of the local gals - who was very pretty by the way - pulled up her skirt and gave me a very nice view of her goods. I was riding by on a bus at the time and couldn't stop, but I did appreciate her willingness to show me her wares. ;-)
