Game Day Superstitions

Sorry If I spelled the word wrong, I'm not too bright.

I'll be the first to admit I'm a weird guy. VERY superstitious especially when it's pertaining to sports. I was wondering if anybody out there is the same way. This is going to sound retarded.....

Before each game starts I leave my left sock on and take my right sock off. I also wear my high school football glove on my right hand and keep the left one bare. In addition to that, I always wear my white jersey on home games and green on away. If the game isn't going the way I like it to go I hit the locker room and make some half time adjusments (lol) I come back out and stand until the first play is in progress. I switch the sock to my right foot and put on my left glove. I then break out my miami dolphins new era cap and wear it inside out.....lol make fun of me if you'd like. I like to look at it like i'm cut from a different cloth lol

Think I'm just blowing smoke? Come watch the game with me on sundays! Anybody else out there?

No i don't do any of that stuff, but i think is cool to have superstitions for the game, I hope you do all that against the chargers because we are going to need all the help we can get

This past week. I washed my jersey on Saturday night to blow the bad vibrations away, hung it in the bathroom and hung it to the sun light on Sunday Morning, I also wear my cap the day before the game. That's what I do!!

Last week I decided not to wear my Ginn jersey( like previous weeks) and busted out my Miami Dolphins long sleeve shirt. I got a hat from my sister's boyfriend that lights up. I wore the hat and kept it lit the entire game last week.

I believe that's my new superstition.

I wear my hat forward only when leading. Backwards when trailing or tied. and I dont even put in on until someone scores. But it has to be one paticular hat i have worn every game day since 97.

On game day, whether I am watching the Dolphins or Michigan, if we are playing well, I stay in the same position (standing, sitting, kneeling, etc.....)throughout the game. If we are not playing well, I keep moving around until we start playing well. Last year, I had over a thousand miles in my living room :D

LOL.. omg i do the exact same thing.. and also i wore sum basketball shorts in the first 3 preseason games and didnt wear them again till sunday against the patriots.. and i stayed in a special spot till half time.. then moved and we punted after halftime so i moved back and then we scored next possesion.. so i guess i have my new game day look..
