Hello fins, if possible can anyone please direct me to canceling my subscription of game pass? I have tried everything and searched everywhere but I cant seem to find it. Thanks
 
With the non us one you need to email them or use livechat

Why would you want to cancel it? Don't you like the streaming getting knocked off the air all the time so you have to keep logging in and you miss half the game. LOL
 
I've had a very pleasant history with Game Rewind in previous years and so far Game Pass this season, no streaming issues at all. The one major knock I've noticed is customer service is the worse I've ever experienced with any company. I've tried calling, e-mail and live-chat and get no response. If I were trying to cancel I would be afraid I wouldn't reach anyone prior to the billing date.
 
I have had no problems with my game pass out here in TX. I run mine on all apple products (iPad mini 3, iPhone 5, MacBook Air) even on the LTE network it streamed just fine for me.

I have AT&T uverse with 45 MBs and the picture is HD quality even when I stream it to my Apple TV

I haven't had any issues with gamepass or it's streaming and I've used it for much more than just Dolphin games.
 
The new US version of Game Pass is hit or miss depending on the device you use and of course your connection. It works fine on my PC and decent on my Galaxy S6 using WIFI (Have to log out and back in each time). Doesn't work at all on my Nexus 10 after several installs/reinstalls updates, logging in/out etc. Just won't work correctly on the Tablet. Always asks me to pay $99.99 each time even if though I am logged in with my game pass account. Contacted support only to receive the same canned replies that were pretty much useless. Just take a look at all the recent reviews in the Google play store and you will see many people having issues with the new NFL Mobile app and game pass.

Last year I used the international Game Pass with Unotelly and it worked fine on all devices.
 
I completely agree, their customer service sucks. I've had Game Rewind a number of years without any problem, but I just wanted to ask a question and nobody was on chat and it took about 4 days to get a stupid answer through email :idk:
 
Just canceled just used free trial for last nights game. When logged in click on your user name up in the right hand corner that takes you to your my account page and click cancel subscription, asked a second time and then gives u a confirmation you canceled.

The finding my account was tricky, have to click on ur user name to get in
 
Game pass works great for me...
