Garnett out for how long?

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica]WALTHAM, Mass. -- Kevin Garnett isn't ready to start the playoffs, and Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers said Thursday that there's a strong possibility the All-Star forward will miss the entire postseason.
