I like Garrard and I wouldnt mind picking him up if we miss out on Brees
 
Is he a FA or would we have to trade for him?

Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/20/nfl">Jacksonville Jaguars QB David Garrard is interested in the Miami Dolphins, according to an official who has spoken with the Jaguars. However, Jacksonville may have little reason to trade Garrard because of QB Byron Leftwich's injury history.
