Gase blocked our OL coach from becoming Rams OC

My least favourite hire on the whole coaching staff. Wish we let him interview.

That hasn't happened around here in a while. Usually they take a step down and are grateful to just be employed after their time here

Well I know he is a crappy OL coach. I do know that because proof is in the pudding!

He has been here one season and managed to have a line that was above average, managed to keep the QB cleaner than he has been since entering the NFL and help produce a 1300 yard rusher.

Seems like an odd to move to choke that off. I'm sure Forester would spew about his own abilities, but that goes hand in hand when seeking self pleasure. Overall, seemed pretty dried up from this side of the desk. Hope no sticky situations arise because of this.
