It's not the only thing, but 2018 will be remembered as a year of injuries for sure.
He chose this injury riddled roster. 30+ year old injury prone guard, 2 small wr's etc...
Are injuries part of the problem in 2018....yes they were. However, they weren't the only thing.
I have heard Gase blame his QB and injuries. Now I want to hear what he didn't do well. A little self humility and some leadership would go a long way here......

His dumb decisions are just as big of a reason why our season turned to crap.
so is he saying that coaching wasnt an issue? that he coached great and therefore he isnt the problem and therefore wont change anything he does? So any potential mistakes he made wont be acknowledged since it was all due to injuries? yeah sounds like a keeper
Injuries are definitely a reason Miami has not had more success this year. But there really is an excuse every single time the team doesn’t perform as we want them to. It’s definitely time to find a new quarterback. I would also revamp the front office completely.

I don't know if this is fair criticism, but why wasn't Ballage getting snaps earlier in the season? Inability to pick up the blitz or unwillingness by Gase to trust a young player?
