What is the guy supposed to say? I hate my guys, they are dumb as a rock and most of them totally suck? That's what I am saying, but I don't expect him to say that. He's got to stick by his guys through thick and thin as well as think about selling tickets, etc. If he told the truth, players probably wouldn't dress out and the fans wouldn't show up at the stadium. This team and organization is in need of a total rebuild. The sooner the better.

I agree with those who say that Gase is just saying that. However, if he keeps Pouncey and pays him 9mill then you have to wonder about him. If he gets rid of Pouncey and Thomas and Bushrod to start with then that's a good start

I kind of agree with this, but don't be too surprised in the off season some coaches are replaced.

Players are failing out there, and to a point that is on them, but the coaches have to make sure to have them ready, or be able to evaluate how off they looked in practice.

I think they will offer to rework his contract with more years, but at less pay or just let him go...it will be up to him.

Pouncey does have some value, but nowhere for what he's being paid. He probably will not be the starting Center next year, even if they find a way to keep him at less money.
