moreno vs ajayi
ball/hillman vs Williams/drake

could we see 30 plus per game?!?

Definitely should not compare the Dolphins to the #1 scoring offense in NFL history that was quarterbacked by a first ballot Hall of Famer who had a chip on his shoulder and something to prove.

Stuff like comparing D. Thomas and Decker to Parker and Carroo. Pump the brakes. Two of those guys have proved to be good / great NFL wide receivers, while the other two are still potential.

Can we line up a defense similar to the 2015 Broncos? LOL.

Seriously though, I don't know if that's the model that Coach is using but I'm going to flip out if we finally get consistent play from the OL and Tannehill has a down year. I'm in the crowd that believes it's hard to throw when you're running for your life, but we have a receiving corps to be envied and we're one RB away from having a backfield that can provide balance to the offense. We really need consistent play from Tanny now. I suspect that we will finally see it.

They do have potential. Just really need to keep that up with it.

Ryan Tannehill will be fine. He's given us competent passing efficiency while surrounded by loads of incompetence. That's one guy I'm not worried about.

I'm just worried because that offense had a good OL. We ... do not. Assuming Albert is playing LT (because the entire reason he left KC was because they wanted him to play OG), we will have an elite LT playing LG. That means our pass protection will probably be fine, but opening up the run game will not. I'm uneasy with Tunsil at LG trying to stop the power of teams like the Jets. And, our RG, apparently, is the quality backup Kraig Urbik ... which leaves us with Dallas Thomas as our first depth off the bench. Then when Albert gets injured, we will shift Tunsil to LT and play Dallas Thomas ... and if anyone else gets an injury, we'll play Billy Turner who was atrocious last year.

This scares me.

We needed 2 OG's in the draft, and we needed 0 WR's. So, we drafted 3 WR's (including Duarte) and 0 OG's (because Tunsil is a LT replacement for Albert, not a LG). This is a problem. Tunsil, Pouncey and James cannot drive block very well so opening lanes in the run game will have issues. Urbik and all of our backups have issues in pass protection.

Step 1, add WR's.

Step 2, :idk: .

Step 3, profits?

Did you forget that we have bushrod, Douglas, McClendon, and young on our OL? Thomas doesn't have to be the first option at anything. He might not even be on the team. I think turner will be fine. So step 2 was the above mentioned players as back ups. That's much better than last year.

We needed at least 1 WR. We drafted 1 WR, 1 TE, and 1 KR. In case you forgot, this was our kick returner last season:

Dallas Thomas will not be on the team. We added 2 OL (Bushrod and Urbik) before the draft started and then added one of the top LT prospects in years. I honestly don't care if Tunsil starts this year. I want him to be the LT for 10 seasons. The Dolphins are not winning the SB this season. Every draft pick needs to be looked at long term.

OMG, FFIB!!!! I did forget. It was so bad, my brain just erased it like it would a major trauma or abuse. Why in the world would they even let Williams run the ball out of the end zone after his constant screw ups. I never understood that. Rizzi!!!!!!!!!!

The sky is the limit as long as our OL comes together. It's everything IMO.
