One thing about Thomas- he is always out there -helping communities etc..

John Denney is replacing injured and IR listed Reshad Jones as a team captain.
 
Cool about Thomas. I know a lot of people complain about what athletes and stars make, but a lot of them do great things in the community with their time and money. Kudos to Thomas.

Thomas has always been stellar about helping out within the community and outside of it. Really good guy.

Yep. Sounds to me like Gase wanted him and he's a bit worried about not having a veteran leader in the RB room.
 
Why can't we hire Foster in some type of coaching role?

Love Thomas and all he does to try and make the world a better place.

On these things-

I wouldn’t mind Foster having a chris chambers type role to help out our young backs. And the second tweet in there makes it seem like that, and he wants to stay around the game.

I like that Gase knows he can’t overwork Ajayi. I think Williams probably gives us more on the field than Foster at this point anyways. He’s a damn good receiving back. Drake needs to learn the game more but he’s got some big play ability.. speaking of that, its time to start sprinkling Grant into the offense more.

Michael Thomas might’ve been ‘harassed’ for his kneeling in week 1 (and still showed respect by having his hand to his chest) but this guy is such a good dude.

Love giving Denney some accolades. Hope he retires a phin

I forgot about chris jones that should be on the list too

they are easy cuts if you ask me

hull has played solid on specials but I think they'd cut him for Zach vigil as the backup mike option if vigils a go...if they let a lb go

I have no confidence DJ will see a snap and won't be at all surprised if he's a cut. Not certain Rambo sticks. If he does, it's due to ST and maybe Aikens is gone. I'm inclined Mitchell replaces Orr, but maybe Jones. I'm uncertain between Vigil and Hull. Isn't Hull a ST ace? The most interesting is CBs - 3 of them. Doesn't mean all cuts will be CBs, but there are few other clear cuts I see.
 
The look he gave Bokamper when he asked about Jay Ajayi's health/injury history was priceless.


god I wish he'd have these every day. I look forward to Gase being interviewed as much as Westworld on HBO.
