Gase Said This??!!

Everything Gase says should be taken with a grain of salt. He’s a desperate man all over the place. He’ll say anything at this point.

Pretty much this. Gase tied this opportunity to having tannehill as his QB, of course he's saying this. He wants to keep his job

I believe he said something like the O-line and other positions not doing their job so he doesn't know what he has with Tannehill. After 7 freaking YEARS?????
Has there ever been a player in the NFL that had so many people make so many excuses for him as Tannehill has?
Gase just needs to go. He's been in over his head right from the start.

Yesterday, Adam Gase said that we have not had the consistency on offense to really evaluate Ryan Tannehill yet. This is according to the Sun Sentinel.
Does he think the HC is not responsible for that as well?

He doesn't even know when to stop digging His own grave.

Ok take your QB and go play in the world league and you guys will probably do ok there. Maybe.

It's actually true but the NFL doesn't work this way. Not only was the O-line pathetic...Ryan has an injured shoulder capsule that completely hampered and changed his throwing strength and trajectory. He came back and played because he "could" but he was not the same QB as earlier in the year...period.

Now everyone will get all uppity because they are ready to fire both and clean house but those are facts...it is what it is.

Just like it's a fact that Kenyan drake has a bad shoulder and thats why they stopped using him in the run game and bashing him up the middle 15-20 times...but it's more popular to just say "Gase is a moron for not using Drake", etc.

Whatever...yes it sucks that Sitton is gone. Sucks more that Wilson and Grant are gone. Tannehill is playing on a bum ankle, with is bad shoulder and a repaired knee. That is football. Draft a QB in round one or two and have them compete for the job next season. If Tannehill loses out, find someone to trade him to for a mid round pick and be done with it. If he wins, great rookie is a backup next and unless Tannehill looks like Wilson or Rodgers trade him in the offseason. It’s time to end this cycle of perpetual mediocrity.

What kind of quarterback was he in the beginning of the year?
