That's because we will tank the season if he does and grab a QB high. No sense in winning 7 games and picking out of the top 10 again.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, despite not being on the Tannehill love boat, I am happy with the QB situation. Ever since we decided not to grab one in the draft, it was clear the plan was to go all in with our 7th year vet. That's fine, it's all on him now to get us to the promised land, if we don't get there, enough with the excuses and waiting, time to move on in 2019. Having little depth at the position helps make moving on a cheaper and more realistic option if needs be.

Just remember this article in October or November, 3 offseasons now in which they had a chance to invest a meaningful pick in a QB and have failed to do so. 2 of those offseasons they knew Tannehill had a jacked up knee.
