Apparently our local beat writers are inept at their jobs (again, and again). Thanks Ian

Week 1, #Dolphins coach Adam Gase left Jay Ajayi home to send a message. W2, Damien Williams & Isaiah Pead missed a meeting & were benched.

Seems like the discipline problems are with the players. Case seems to be addressing them.

I am so sick of having a roster full of brain dead nitwits! This is the main reason this team has been so bad for so long. I guess in their matrix self discipline and professionalism score the lowest value.

Barry Jackson, Armando Salguero (MOST of the time), and Joe Schad. Pretty much only articles worth the html they are coded in.

I've wondered about this "buddy buddy" relationship he seems to have with the players. For that to work, the players have to have a mature, professional attitude.

When PUP players are eligible to return I'd expect Gase to drop some dead weight. The team will not carry 5 RBs all season long.

Do we know the scope & nature of all the violations? I highly doubt it. That said, we don't know if the disciplinary measurements were unequal.

Glad to see Gase holding the players accountable for their behavior....good for him.

Lets give him time to work it out and adjust.

Belichek didn't tear the league up in the beginning.

Shula did, though. Shula changed the country club atmosphere right away and the players were put on notice. Of course, IMO, Shula is the best coach of all time. BB is a close second. Shula won with late round draft picks and without the benefit of FA to plug holes.
