If Gates plays us like Gonzalez did we will lose. I hope they study the film from week one because imho it's the key to the game.

Probably, but then again if Rivers has 300 yards on 14 completions and NONE of them are to Gates i don't think the Chargers will have any problem winning the game.

Okay.....I doubt they will have a problem with any kind of win.

we have been pretty good at containing outside WRs... but part of that is using the resources that then end up having a TE covered by a LB which obviously isn't working for us...
we'll have to find a happy medium between putting all our energy in preventing the outside WRs from beating us, and stopping the TE from beating us

We have to start finding ways to stop the TEs, take the big plays so far by the TEs, and this defense has been almost great....at worse, very good.

The Chargers will have taken notice that Gonzalez and Clarke have destroyed us in the last two games, because none of our Safeties or Linebackers have the coverage skills to defend top TE's.

Who is going to cover Sproles out of the backfield ? Crowder ? Like he covered Atlanta's back out of the backfield on that Atlanta TD ?
With Crowder 5 steps behind him ? He couldn't cover that slow Atlanta 4th back and you think he will come close to covering Sproles ? really ? That guy Crowder couldn't get close to on that TD is like a big Lousaka Polite type back.
Then Sproles ?

Pasqualoni has no imagination on defense at all. It will be a very long day.
