Once a player is traded his entire salary is transferred to the acquiring team.

To acquire free agents, we will use a bid format here on the league website.

You cannot cut a player you signed in free agency.
HOW THE DRAFT WILL WORK
The 2004 GM League Draft will be held live at a date and time to be determined. We
will do as much of the draft as
we can live. Time limits and such will be discussed the day of the draft.
If you are going to miss your slot leave a bullpen list with someone else
to automatically make your pick.
A bullpen list will look like this.
Minnesota Vikings
1. DE Jamal Reynolds (if he is not available go to pick 2)
2. CB Nate Clements
3. CB Fred Smoot
You get the general idea.
From the second round on the picks will be done as soon as possible in the same
format as the first round. If you are not available leave a
bullpen list to choose from.
We most likely will have draft pick salaries this year. Those salaries will be determined in the near future. You will need to keep track of your picks and what they will cost to ensure you do not go over the cap on draft day.
