What up folks. Bills fan here. We just hired your former lb's coach to be our new defensive coordinator.

Looking for some input on the guy. Did you guys like him ? did you not ? and why

eh... Our ILBs were never that good under his tutelage, and we just let him walk without trying to retain him. I thought he was going to Florida to be their DC, but either way he's gone.

I'm much happier with Sheridan being our coach.
 
Bills need to make GOOD hires if they ever want to compete, I'm glad I'm not a Bills fan. I remember when I lived in Rochester when Juron was first hired, the guy on Rnews said "Not exactly a fan favorite choice but he is the Buffalo Bills next head coach" You have to do better than that.... But nope let's repeat history cause 4th place rocks! (Someone once told me Todd Collins rocks! I just thought of it) :lol:
 
Too bad that won't give you guys any kind of edge against our defense, which will be quite a bit different under OUR new D.C.

Kind of interesting that our entire division will consist of 3 - 4 defenses though.

I just hope he brings Crowder, G Wilson, and Peezy with him. :hump:
 
Edwards had a good reputation among his players (I have heard Crowder praise him on numerous occasions), but we never got particularly strong LB play while he was coaching here. Seems like a great motivator, but not sure how good of a coach he is in terms of scheme/technique.
 
On an related note, I couldnt think of a team with worse 3-4 personnel than the Bills.
