Note to Armando; You are a professional writer. We wear caps and sleeves at this level son. A poster on Finheaven doesn't really need to watch their spelling, because we don't care. I, for instance, make my living supervising a crew of guys making roofing products for a living. Should I become a professional writer, I'd use more than spell check when I was doe witch my column. As it turns out, "now" is a word, so it won't show up in spell checker.....That's not really an issue, unless the word you wanted (I assume) is "Know".

I know you don't really care, Armando.....Just food for thought, champ.

BTW; You've been hanging out with Prisco too much.

Not soon enough. It's funny he seems to really enjoy arguing with the under 15 fans on his blog-thing, much more than anything actually football related...

I really feel for the coach having to deal with that doo-che'. :chuckle:

Actually there's a new guy on the Sun sentinnel now that makes Mr ego look good. Now that takes some serious lack of effort & talent!
 
In all fairness to Armando, the organization is evidently really cracking down on the amount of detail being let out about our practices. I'm been having a hard time these past few days finding any details, whereas early in camp we were getting details on every play.

Haha, doe and witch are also words and so will not show up in spell check. I agree with you on your point, just felt obligated to point that out...:wink:
 
I had never heard that story about Mcduffie. But very weird and crazy. Not sure what it has to do with anything though.
 
Well I found it some entertaining backgroud information but being a long time fan and maybe a bit older than than many of the fans on this site that is the reason. I can relate to those players a bit more than most

So noted. Key differences are;

-I wrote it a 0405 CST shortly before leaving for work, and, shortly after getting out of bed. It's not my job.

-Finheaven does not pay me to post.

I am typo-inclined and an awful speller in general. That's why I build in caveats when I bash professional writers.

All this notwithstanding, Armando is still better than Omar, who's grasp on English is a teech shaky.
 
Nice story on McDuffie, very interesting. Although I'm not sure about the last part. I mean if nothing ever came of it then it really comes down to only Rodgers and OJ knowing if it was true. And why would either of those two say anything??

OJ needed to think more on the lines of brass knuckles. They would get the job done and probably wouldn't get you jail time. But I do agree with his idea, if I got choked slammed in front of the team for saying what needed to be said, then Gardner could expect an *** whopping coming. If he didn't take it peacefully then yeah he would probably have to end up in a swamp. Just not in front of the whole team.
