Hello people. I'm coming over from Denmark for a holiday in November and I'm staying in Fort Lauderdale. I've got tickets for the games against the Seahawks and the Raiders. What i would like to know is what is the best way to get to and from the stadium from Lauderdale. I would rather not take the car as I fancy a few beers at the games. Is there any form of transportation to the stadium, public or private. What would you locals recommend.

I don't believe there is any bus service or public transportation. You'd have to get a taxi or just drive and not get too loaded. Where are you staying in Lauderdale?

I stayed in Lauderdale as well when I went to a game a few years back and I ended up spending about $85 dollars on round trip cab fare. The only good thing about it was the driver was right there waiting for me outside the gate after the game so I didn't have to wait. We also beat the Broncos that day in our home opener so I didn't care about the cab fare.

just hold up a sign that states ....." I got the *** and grass, if you got the gas!" I'm sure someone will offer a ride!

As others have mentioned, there really isn't much except for taxi cabs. Why don't you just rent a car, drink, and either (a) bring some food to grill postgame to give you some downtime or (b) hangout, maybe try to get autographs after the games and whatnot to let your body have downtime.

What I'd do is when you get to your hotel ask the front desk for any ideas. 2nd option is to call the Dolphins ticket sales office and explain your situation and see if they have any options for you. Last option is to arrange for a cab. It won't be cheap but you'll get there.

Thanks all. I'll get the wife to drive, she'll complain but we've only got to get out the carpark and back on the turnpike. Got great tickets in block 414 row 10 for both games. Looking forward to it.
