Getting to know Brian Gaine

Poor man's Jeff Ireland.

Ireland stated that Gaine was good at getting starbucks to him in a timely manner and he always made sure they got the order correct.
 
Gaine can't be a poor mans Jeff Ireland. Such a human can't exist. Ireland was a poor man Larry The Cable Guy. A moron of epic proportions. A guy who had a lousy personality and almost no skills at drafting the right players. They say that Gains has a great personality and is a much smarter guy than Ireland. We can't help but do much better with Gaine. He's respected by the league and guys like Drew Rosenhouse think he's very bright. The GM search has been a giant cluster-**** but is we promote Gaine the NFL world just might stop laughing at us which would be nice.

Maybe Caserio was better. However, Gaine has as much experience if not more and worked for Bill Parcells who is obviously a major influence on Belichick.

I will keep saying it. If we want to win now....hire Gaine. It is the only fit.
 
Gaine is a tall guy with a presence about him. There was a segment on Hard Knocks where he pulled Roberto Wallace aside and tried to motivate him. I thought Gaine came across well there.

I just hope Gaine wasn't behind such doozies as the signings of Dannell Ellerbe and Philip Wheeler.

What did I miss in article that showed he has more experience?
 
I now hope Gaine rejects the offer too...perhaps it would be a wakeup call to Ross...no one wants a job where a non-football person like Aponte has the power to get GM fired or can influence the owner so greatly.

I now see no greatness in the future of this team with Ross in charge...how depressing it is to be Dolphin fan now.
 
Do it now and save some face and get this over with
