Getting To Know WR Prospect Phillip Dorsett

Love to add him to the team just not before the third round. Great kid and hard worker but on the small side and was never asked to be much of a route runner. He'll take some work but should be considered especially if we move on from Wallace.

Yeah now that the senior bowl hype has called down, seems like Dorsett is falling back to a more appropriate projection. But the combine is coming up, so Id expect his hype to fly again.

He's really small, really one limited. I'm looking forward to his pro day, will be an interesting prospect to follow up until the draft.
 
He'll smoke it in the 40. One of the fastest guy's Miami has ever had.I'm thinking his stock will go up again and he'll probably go earlier. Kiper had him going to Seattle in the 1st. Good for him if true but he's not a 1st round talent ,
 
agreed... Id still like him in the third though just like you stated... im still shocked he is slated as a possible first rounder
 
I like Dorsett but no way he is a 1st rounder. Maybe a 2nd rounder…but Im pretty confident there would be others Id personally take over him.
 
A team like Seattle might take a chance on him earlier. I mean it's not like they have a lot of holes to fill plus Wilson throws a nice deep ball.

Could be but if they want a a smaller deep threat I can't see how any team would take Dorsett over Devin Smith…but then again Smith might be gone by their 1st round pick I suppose.

personally i dont see where either of them would go in the first round really. so many very talented WRs that will go in the first round, but otherwise not so many definite WRs that teams will stab at early. If Seattle wanted a deep threat, i bet they would go for a bigger type guy than Dorsett and Smith anyways. Though what Dorsett runs at the combine might really just make a team take that stab at him.
 
Dorset is going to blow up the combine. Bank on it! I see late 1 early 2 after this week!
