Gibson done for the season, other notes....

wake is limited and still, 8 weeks into the season, the #3 pick cant get more than 18 snaps.

taylor and davis are no longer inactive due to injury, rather the staff thinks carroll and wilson are better.

dallas thomas. who is that?

you dont judge a draft class halfway through the first season and thank god because right now this one looks like ****.
 
Very curious who we add to the active roster at WR. Had Cleveland not poached him, it would have been Brian Tyms, but what's done is done. Our 4th WR doesn't play that much anyway, and I'm comfortable with Matthews as our 3rd WR, but we are now one injury from having a guy who wasn't even on our PS at the start of the season seeing playing time at WR for us. The more things change.....
 
ehhhh...we're not a big motion team...right out of shermans own mouth...motion allows you to get guys off coverage and clean releases into their routes etc in things other than stacked sets...

i wonder if he means we are not a big motion team when it comes to protections with the tight ends and backs etc??? i sure hope thats what he means

sucks losing gibby...someone deserves some kudos for that complete projection in the slot working out like it did this season...that was a hit or miss call all the way and they hit on it

one injury away from 3 wr sets looking ugly at wr...
 
Damn... My favorite WR started being Hartline, but quickly changed to be Gibson as soon as i saw his ability. He was doing a great job. Hope Matthews can step up.
