This is what he will be a poor man's Desmond Howard or Rocket Ismail.
They had nice college careers with nice catches and big returns but in the pros they never dominated. Ginn jr reminds me of this type of player minus the Heisman award.

The two worst things that ever happened to Ted Ginn were A) Getting drafted #9 overall and B) Getting drafted by us at the lowest part of our franchise history.

That being said, it appears he could play much better than what he has been playing.

Didn't Desmond Howard go to the pro-bowl once, as a kick-returner?

It doesn't matter. Taking the ball out of his hands is ridiculous. How many guys do we have on this team that has run a kick or punt return back for a td?

How many does Ginn have? Yes the penalty ones should also be counted when evaluating HIS ability.

agree

someone you guys need to be check up, its not his fault his is bench on pr/kr, I think he can be good with a big reciever playing opposite of him. IF you put him in the colts offense he would florurished.

you are probably right a Great QB like Manning and/or Warren Moon could probably make this kid productive. that and throw in one of the best Coaches in history like Dungy would benefit the kid but thats not the case and hes with the fins.
I would like to have seen us pick up a veteran WR like Isac Bruce to mentor this kid. Bruce would of started for us and he would of given the kid some pointers. Instead we went another route and this kid might never live up to his abilities. SHAME ON THE TUNA
