Ginn like Wilford...IRRELEVANT! What a BUST!

After 4 games, it should be apparent to all the Ginn lovers out there that he is a total bust.

He was drafted to return kicks by Cam, but he cant get on the field, and when he does, he muffs.

Cant get open, cant break a tackle, what a total waste.

Fins should make this position a top priority in next years draft.

Ginn will be the next Beck next year...standing around with one thumb in his mouth, and the other up his *utt.

Total BUST.
 
He was a reach, but not a bust. Not if he can put up seasons the quality of what he is, a number 2 WR. If we are able to land a top notch guy, play Ginn opposite him and start a QB (again no offense to Pennington) who really can air it out Ginn is going to be a very productive very nice player. An asset.

In the mean time, i don't understand why you don't let him return kicks. In limited KR action this year he's been lackluster, but come on, it's clear he's a very effective KR if you watch his career at Ohio State and even last year in Miami. His speed is a gift and we just waste it.
 
I think that he could be a decent wr but i agree with you on returns but i think he still can be a wr but I am not that down on him right now but i think its apearent that none of our wrs scare anyone. did you guys see the wrs for the cardinals , wow those guys made darn near every catch thrown their way .
 
I think Ginn could be great, he just needs a QB with a bigger arm for him to be the deep threat that he should be.
 
After watching Bess get most of the work, it's clear that while he may be resonably dependable on returns, he's got very little shot to take it to the house. At least Ginn gives us that threat.
 
Why do you guys think Ginn was back to return the kickoff at the end of the game??

Sparano KNOWS Ginn could take it to the house, obviously!

Well other wr's have had success with Pennington. Ginn needs to step up and we need to quit blaming our first good qb in a while.
 
what about London who we picked up from the Gaints? Is he just a special team guy? Ginn for Roy Williams anyone?
 
I wouldn't call Ginn a bust. He has very good hands and is what - 21 years old! This should be his rook year - he came out after his junior year. Now you have to put him in a position to succeed. Cam said he would be Miami's return guy in the beginning and we all laughed because he was taken 9th overall. Well heck - make him the return guy!!

I think we would all agree Devin Hester when healthy changes a game. Ginn took 4 to the house last year with the worst ST unit in the NFL. He has so much speed he has to touch the ball. He has no 1 on 1 moves so STOP throwing him the quick outs because he can't shake a defender at the line. But in open field he can FLY by guys if he gets a seam.

I like Bess but you start at the 20-25 yard line every time.

Im not blaming CP. I'm just saying that his game management does not fit in with Ginn's strengths. Pennington's strengths are short passes in coverage, and replying on YAC. Ginn's strength is going tobe that he is a deep threat, andhe needs a QB who can get him the ball like a bullet, in space so Ginn can use his speed.

It's like putting a NASCAR driver in a Formula car and expecting them to be able to drive perfectly. Both are great at what they do, they just do different things great.
 
dont these Bust labelers learn their lesson.... only an idiot would proclaim a player a bust after 1 year......... its impossible
