Ginn not starting against Bills?

According to NFL.com Ted Ginn Jr. will not start against the Bills

I'm not sure if this is correct or maybe a mistake but it shows Cobbs will be returning kicks and Bess will be returning punts.

Not sure; anyone have a clue?

I don't think that it's so much from the first matchup as it is just wrong. Everything else other then Cobbs returning kicks seems to be accurate.
