Give Peyton Manning the Guilt Trip?

How about this scenario...we sign reggie wayne and dallas clark ahead of any peyton manning signing. By doing this we do what is said to be done with the whole philbin/flynn thing where if we don't want flynn, then something is wrong. By us going for wayne and clark, does that put peyton in an awkward position where he should want to come here?...I think it could be a smart move because even adding wayne and clark without peyton would be good moves in my opinion.....Thoughts???

HA...funny.....i think its possible though...there is definitely some fat that can be cut from this team, no im not specifically talking o-linemen haha, but if we can get some restructures, i think we could make it happen. Another WR option i would like would be to go after blackmon and trade up in the draft.

After putting it that way, chances are that is exactly why we traded Marshall. Next up is trading Reggie for a 4th round pick and then going after Joseph Addai. Wouldnt put any low and stupid tactics past this front office.

Maybe we can have philbin get down on his hands and knees and ireland can push him over philbin and have manning sign the contract on the way down. That gets 'em everytime!

Just playing, I've honestly thought about similiar situations to make something good happen here!
