He is one of the worst QBs we have ever had.
We traded a second round pick for him and he plain sucks at every aspect of QB.

At least Fiedler could run. and was somewhat accurate
Griese- he had a good arm
Lucas- he sucked, but we didnt give up a 2nd for him

Feeley
Slow
Stupid
No arm
No accuracy
Get injured once a game
Throws so many INts
and especcially INTs for TDs or INTs that set up the other team for TDs
He also looks lost on the snaps.

Freotte at least has an arm and experience
Rosenfels has good pocket mobility and a decent arm

I just wonder if he knows that he has recievers out there, seemed to me the only person he would throw the ball too was the HB. You know he is going to lock onto his target but you wouldnt think the man he locks onto is going to be the HB. I think even though Gus didn't play great and had a couple bad passes he set himself apart from AJ today.

On a side note the O-Line did a hell of a job for the most part of the game. The QB's seemed to have quite a bit of time to throw.

mmmm....Heather Mitts....

But giving up a 2nd round pick was ludicrous, unless the guy is like Drew Brees of course it's a poor investment

It does sound like Bedard is very down on him to say the least. The way he was writing, I wouldn't be shocked to see Sage get work with the second team for the remaining time in preseason once the decision gets made.

I think Feeley has a strong arm, but that's about it. He can't even side-step.

I think Sage deserves a shot based on performance IMHO

Does Randy Mueller read these threads? I hope he does, because if so, AJ Feely will be cut next week.

Sage has the weakest arm of all the qbs. I think if given the chance he would throw 25 picks for the season, but hopefully we will never have to see that. I will throw in IMHO since it has replaced IMO as the thing to type after every post/.

Only John Kerry would log onto the message board and then make a career decision based on what we as fans are saying IMHO

I'm not saying that I think Rosenfels deserves a shot -- I'm just saying that's what the whole "how far Feeley falls" sentiment said to me.
