We need a pass rushing DE,
We need 3 starting LB's
We need a real TE
We need at least one guard and a new Center
We need a young QB to groom behind Tannehill

No, this is not a reprint from this last off season. We just seem to have those needs all over again.

I'd say we're good at DT and pretty good at corner with Lippett coming back
I don't believe we're set anywhere else.

WR? Could be set if Landry comes back and Parker has a better year but neither is a sure thing
RB? Love what Drake is doing but we need a back up
OT? Young has been ok and Tunsil is not playing like a first round pick. We have bigger needs but I wouldn't say we're set there either
Safety? We have two SS playing together. Will it work going forward? There's no way to know
Does anyone really trust our FO to make the right moves? I sure don't. Not saying they won't make the right moves but I have no reason to trust they will

Ross? Do you trust him to make the right moves? I sure don't
Gase? Do you trust him to make the right moves? I'm not sure what to think at this point. I don't blame him for everything but he's dotted on same players that have not worked out for us. I'm willing to give him some time as he's had to deal with a lot of stuff but based on the moves the team will make in the off season we'll know more about Gase.

Ozzy rules!!

Center
Guard
2LBs
Young QB to groom
Dynamic TE
Passrushing DE
Safety

I agree guys. It's like we made little progress during the 2016 off season. We added some young players but also added some horrible contracts. We kept some players we should have gotten rid of and brought in some players we shouldn't have

Ozzy rules!!

First of all, Tunsil needs to move back to LG where he played much better last year. So that means they need to find a new LT. They also need a new center and right guard. They need a new tight end too. They also need two athletic speedy outside linebackers. They will get McMillan back at middle linebacker. Another pass rushing DE is a must! I like the cornerbacks they have and getting Lippett back will help next year.

Tankersley and Howard are the starters. Add in McDonald being there from the start and something could be cooking. Bring back Hayes, get more experience from Harris, Godchaux, and Taylor.

McMillan coming back hopefully healthy is a big bonus. Get another LB in the first three rounds. Need Wake’s replacement also.

It is very very important that we didn’t whiff on our promising draft picks.

We need X to turn the corner to viable starter.
We need Tankersley and Lippett to come back strong next year.
We need Raekwon MacMillan to come in next year and immediately compete for a starting job after his injury.
We need Charles Harris to continue improving (I think he has) into a well rounded starting end.

If that happens this task looks a little less daunting. We absolutely need linebackers, all kinds, not even worth prioritizing mike over Sam or whatever. We need it all.

We need interior linemen badly. Pouncey blows and needs to take his contract and GTFO ASAP. I like the guards available next year. Get one from the top of the heap and groom a guy on the roster to be the other guard.

One understated need is a complimentary back to the Drake. Someone who brings the physicality and can convert those 3rd/4th and shorts.

Tight end is a must. Thomas is way too slow and lumbering. I really want Mark Andrews round two next year. Immediate red zone threat which we need especially with Parker not progressing. 1 TD this year. Yikes. Not the red zone threat I expected him to be.

Those are the areas that have me the most concerned right now.

In order of importance imo...

1. OL
2. DE
3. TE
4. LB
5. RB
6. QB

WR is up near the top if Landry leaves

New starters:

Center
Guard
LB
TE

Much needed depth:

QB
RB
LB
FS
DE
CB

QB is way too low. It's not like Tannehill is Peyton Manning before injury. He's also 30, and was honestly playing his way out Miami the first half of the season last yr.....

(& this is coming from a Tanny supporter since draft day. I'm just not a fan of putting THE WHOLE SEASON in limbo too many times just because Gase can't shake his inner Tony D'Amato)

I guess it's easier to talk about what we don't need.....lol

Ozzy rules!!

1. OL (specifically G/C) Cut Pouncey. Find his replacement, hopefully a rookie. I wouldn't be opposed to drafting a new guard as well. We haven't seen anything from Asiata yet to have hope there... I hope we rescind James' 5th year option and put Jesse Davis there. Larsen has filled in alright at LG w/ a torn bicep, I think we may pencil him in at LG next year. Eric Smith could be good depth, same with Brendel

2. Three down DE. Wake is getting up there, Harris is still learning the ropes and more of a pass rusher anyways. Branch is mediocre and needs cut when the hit is more reasonable.

3. LB (or 2) - guys that have some coverage ability. I'm over kiko. Do we have anything in anthony?

4. TE

5. FS

6. Young qb to groom

I don't know if I would necessarily rank them in that order but those are my top needs now

Let me clarify, QB being last on the list does not mean it’s not important. These are all things that need to be addressed in FA or early in the draft.

If I’m running the team, I’m taking a QB no later than 4th round, if not earlier
