Win this game we are on a 3 game winning streak, home game agaisnt the Ravens and Bills coming up, games against the Raiders, Chiefs, and Rams coming down the pike.. This game probably cost us the AFC East

when its all said and done we probably won't be nearly as close as most of you were hoping. Terrible secondary, terrible WR core and apparently pretty bad special teams is not going to win you many games.

The only good news is we're fighting. I can at least be proud of the team for this loss, though it still sucks.

No question

Especially with a team like Baltimore coming up on the schedule. We really had a great shot to keep rolling here.

I still think we are a year away from being a playoff contender. Our defensive backs are just not that good and when you cannot stop guys from beating you over and over you deserve to lose. We knew all week that Andre Johnson was their main target and he killed us all day long. Our d-backs made two picks in the first half but also dropped a few gimme INT's. We always start to get conservative when we get ahead, and then it is a quick three and out and the other team gets right back in it. We also need to have a new special team's coach who can teach guys how to tackle on kickoffs and punts.

You need to take a step back and think things through. This is just the fifth game of the season. We could end up 13-3 or 2-14 for all we know.

We're likely somewhere in between so just learn to take things one game at a time. It's a tough loss but the only thing that matters now is Week 7.

Why is everyone so down on the Wide receivers? Camarillo and Bess are both going to be starters here for awhile. Ginn hasn't been the player we want him to be but he's not going anywhere either. Our wide receivers aren't nearly as bad as you people make it seem.

Our secondary I feel the same way about. Half the secondary is solid the other half needs some tweaking. Imagine if we would've went after Samuel in the offseason. We need a shut down corner.

It will say a lot about what kind of team Parcells and company are building by how they come out and play next week. This is the type of game that stays with you and I'm sure every player will play what-if for most of the week.

To the organizations credit, they did a fantastic job keeping the team focused after the disastrous Arizona game and I'm hoping we'll see a similar bounce back.

Lets just say baltimore is going to set out to stop the wildcat... they have the defense to do it... i feel miami is going to need a more wide open attack against them to possibly beat them at home!!! ronnie and ricky are going to have a hard time finding open lanes to run through... it seems like it will be up to pennington and the TE and WR to pick up the slack... i said it before this team will be more of a 5-6 win team with pennington than a 1-2 win team without him!!! once the offense is completely rebuilt... and i mean have real WR's instead of the garbage thats out there now with exception of camarillo and possibly bess... maimi will be a more well rounded offensive team... non the less what they have accomplished so far is astonishing in itself... considering what at the skill postions now... but on paper KC, OAK, and STL look like winable games!!!

At the beginning of the season, I had this team at 6-10 for the season, mainly based on the offense. After the first month, I figured 7-9 maybe, maybe 8-8. After today's loss to the Texans, it's looking like I was right at the outset.

You have to be kidding. As much as it pains me to say this, the Jets do indeed appear to be the team to beat in the East. The Bills are tough this year and the Pats will definitely be hanging around too even without Tommy Boy.

Completely disagree with the original post. Again, all unrealistic expectations. This team is better than I thought it would be coming into the season. BUT, its still missing pieces. Its still missing a true winning attitude. Its still a 6, 7 maybe 8 win team max EVEN if they win today. You don't pencil in wins just because you think we're all of a sudden better than a bunch of teams around the league. We're not nearly as bad as we looked against Arizona and we're not nearly as good as we looked against the chargers and pats.

Losing games like this builds character (or at least you hope) for the next time they are in this spot.

If those guys are long term starters we're in big trouble. Don't confuse clever competitors for premier guys who will scare defenses and alter the course of a game.

wow , You guys have some enthusium but some of you are getting a little ahead of yourselves.

we need to bring more players in and i dont think Tuna and Sparano did a good job of bringing in any talent and this isnt meant to be negative but I dont see how miami can win more then 4 games . we cant fix all our woes in one offseason but I think we will get to where we want in two more years.

I think next year we will reach .500
