Good article .....FAQ after parting with Grier

The Browns thought the same way when BB was their coach. A lot of Lions fans said this the first 3 or so years with Campbell. They’ve been correct so far. The list is long.
Please stop with that garbage. BB and Campbell were tough son of a guns that commanded respect and knew how to run programs. McMoron is a clueless loser.

Are you kidding me,

In 2013, Chris Grier's title was Director of College Scouting for the Miami Dolphins. He held this position from 2007 to 2015 before being promoted to General Manager in January 2016.

And you put no blame on him for passing on Johnson and taking Jordan?

No blame gets put on the what 4th guy on the totem pole ever lol...in what world does it not land on the GM & assistant GM? They are the final say, so the blame goes to the one who makes the call. Common fvcking sense. Go get some.

Of course he's complicit in it. It was his and his teams scouting that helped sway them to pick who they did. If his voice didnt matter, than why would you even have a Director of College Scouting?!

I can see you’ve never been the only LCpl in a room full of SNCO’s/NCO’s… 😂

Each NFL team's internal scouting department, led by the general manager and director of player personnel
, compiles its own draft board. This process involves input from scouts, coaches, and medical staff to evaluate prospects based on a combination of factors like on-field performance, athleticism, medical reports, and off-field information. The final board is then used by the team during the NFL draft to select players.

I thought Grier was Director of college scouting, no? Does he not put the draft board together along with the GM? He is absolutely responsible, along with the GM!
