Well its the day before kick-off and I am like a kid on Christmas Eve......
I am so excited and cannot wait until tomorrow night. Thought a fun thread would be to ask you all what your opening Nite rituals and festivies are gonna be.

I have a few buddies coming over to watch the game, a couple fins fans and another Steeler fan. Gonna cook up some pork and sauerkraut, get out all my black and gold gear and toss back a couplefew cold ones.

Its gonna be a great game and Im looking forward to alot of opportunities to waive the T.T. (got extras for my fins buddies too :boohoo: if you know what I mean)

So what are your plans...?

:dolphins: I will be watching in High Def., excited about new season and wanting to see Culpepper rip up the victims this year!
 
Will be going to my Father's house, with my Ronnie Brown gear on, will kick back a few beers and enjoy. I am sooooo pumped up!!
 
I am about excited as I have ever been for the opening kick. I am soo pumped about this season. I wish it wasn’t on a week night so I could have a big get together (kids gotta be in bed, lol). I plan on sitting down with a big plate of wings and some cold ones and watching the game in my sun room. I probably stay up late and watch sports center too, just to hear them talk about how it wouldn’t have been a blow out if Ben Rothslitwhateverhisname is had played. After that, just gonna lay my head down with a big smile, knowing we have only 15 more games till post season.

Should be a good game, I usually get excited the day before and up until the game then I want to be left alone so I can focus. I know that no matter the outcome of this game it's a long season ahead, so it helps keep my emotions in check. I think your boys had a good run last year and you should be excited about your team in 06. We as fin fans also have a lot to be excited about, Saban and company won't disappoint. We should be a playoff team this year, but watch out in 07!!
 
I will put on my Culpepper jersey for the first time,put on my lucky Dolphin watch, settle my butt onto the couch, and enjoy:up:
 
aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh......it is almost here. tonight will be like a kid on christmas eve. tomorrow i will wake up with a bigger smile since my first born son came into this world. i will put on my authentic mcmichael jersey, fly my flag all day, pick up 300 wings from b-dubs at 7:00. head back to the house where only one other dolfan will accompany me and that is my pops, who started this whole dolfan thing with me. thanx pops. a few steelers fans are coming over. and the rest is history. go phins.
 
I'll be in front of the TV freakin’ out. My favorite college team and alma mater, Boise State Broncos and my beloved Miami Dolphins are on TV at the same time!!!! Can you believe it?! Fortunately, I have PIP. I’ll try not to go totally nuts!
 
Go to my favorite bar and watch the game on America's biggest T.V. I also will be getting off dat crunk juice

I'll be watching on 60" High Def 1080i. I'll probably skip the 8:00 est NFL Kick off show. I'll probably have it on and check in and out but let my wife watch that if she wants to. I'll tune in at around 8:40 for the kick off. I'm not much for the fluff and I like to focus and watch alone too. I'll be watching my Beloved Phins secondary and OL and taking names of the screw ups. I'll probably log on here around halftime and see what people are saying. If we win I'll come here to celebrate and if we lose, I'll come here to beat down the bandwaggon jumpers.
 
i have to work tonite from 2-11 and tommorrow from 10-7 its gonna be a long couple of days
 
Put on my Dolphins Polo shirt, heat up some wings, pour a big lemonade, and turn on my new Panasonic 42" plasma high def TV for some serious watching!

Oh yeah, can't turn the game on for first 30 minutes so I can fast-forward through the commercials with the DVR/Tivo.

Good luck to your Steelers, may they have great success this year, AFTER losing to our Phins! Until we have to meet up in the playoffs, of course.
 
Im pumped for this game. havnt looked forward to an opening match for a long time. Its being shown live over here at 1:30AM and im staying up to watch the game. Got to get up at 6:30AM to go to work but who cares! My Zach Thomas shirt and some beers are on standby.
