Ray Lewis is a gametime decision and star cornerback Chris McAlister is now doubtful. Good news for us, if those two don't play. That means the only good player on their defense is Peter Boulware. Also, they have Brandon Stokley doubtful and Chris Redman out on offense, another big big help.

We got a good shot this weekend. Our defense comes to play and forces many turnovers at home. We need the 12th man to be big this weekend as well. This team needs to be getting pumped up and excited. It's hard to get excited when you haven't won in a month. If we're gonna win when Lucas is starting, this is the game we should win.

Isn't it a shame that we're relying upon injuries on the other team to give us a chance to win? I know all about the "what if's"....

I just like beating teams because we're better then they are, not because they couldn't show up. But I guess every little bit helps now a days with our man Ray.

this actually sucks...I want their team to be at full strength...I dont wanna win becuz of some injuries...why even bother getting excited about the win if next week we go right back to being the same...I hope Ray Lewis plays and so does everybody else...if we win its becuz the team has begun to turn things around....and not becuz they got helped.

I don't care if we win against the Baltimore Ravens of the Maryland pee-wee league, a win is a win and we need one desperately right now. If Lewis, McCallister, Boulware, and Peter Pan line up on defense for the Ravens this week it shouldn't matter because our boys have the more talented team from top to bottom (yes, I'm including QB in there because Redman is certainly no better than Lucas...well...maybe a little.)

Who cares what the rest of the league, ESPN, or Santa Clause think about the quality of our wins! There's no BS..errrrr...BCS rankings here to worry about so a win is a win and we need one now!

We need to start somewhere. If Lewis and McAllister do play and we win, so much the better, but at this point we can't afford to be choosy.

Unless in the improbable chance that we win, I doubt they'll put an asterisk next to the win column. The three teams that just beat us did not give a sh** that we were not at full strength.

Wow, why would it matter if the opponent is at full strength?
A win is a win and that's all that counts! Was N.E. the best team in the league last year? Did they even deserve(See Tuck Bowl II) to be there. Hell No!! Don Shula once said about the schedule "It's not WHO you play, it's WHEN you play them". All factors come into play, injuries, streaks, weather, ect.. We need a win and we will get it this week!!

Miami 17
Baltimore 9

I wish everyone would just look at injuries as a part of the game and not an excuse. But from a biased perspective Ray Lucas is killing our season.

I just got a sniff that Lewis will most likely play on Sunday. Not to sure about it. But everyone of the media that I've see say he's doing a full speed at practices. So who knows. But either way, be prepared.

You think the Bills, Jets, and Packers' fans care that they beet a depleated Dolphin team? I doubt it, and I also know at the end of the season all you remember is wins, not who was injured when you got the win. I also know if are to have any shot at the playoffs we have to atleast split the next 2 at home before Jay comes back. If the offense can get some confidence against a injury plagued Ravens team than maybe we will have a shot at the Chargers. If we some how come out of Jay's injury with a 7-4 record things will look real good for homefeild.

I'm almost positive Lewis will play. But the fact is that he has said all this week that he is feeling significant and unpleasant pain. lol, i think those were his exact words. Anyways, that may mean he may only get limited playing time and a bunch of downs off to rest it. It's better that he is 75% than 100%

Uh don't you think we can use a break here?? With Jay and Cris Carter out this is great news. Can't complain about it.
