Some may say we still have so many holes, it's the same every year...but actually we've done the hardest part. QB, RB, WR, and CB1-2 (not slot) are all filled....these are the ones that can bedevil a franchise for years. Essentially the huge needs are simply MLB, SLB ( move kiko to WLB ), 2 OG, and slot corner. The bust rate for these is far lower. With a projected $30m in cap after extensions/obvious roster cuts/resigning Stills and a full draft, these should be much more scoutable/predictable than the ones in the past---we have plenty of resources to make it happen. We don't need stars at each position---maybe a stud at MLB and then average-to-above-average starters elsewhere. Am I missing something?
