Its a pretty good read on the Dolphins and what tomorrow's game, and the rest of the season, mean to us even if we don't make the playoffs. There's also a little bit about one of our AFC East foes as well.

I dont agree we have to win it all i think we can lose 1 more game but a all out win sounds soooooooooo good.

Harrington, though, is a major reason behind Miami’s winning streak.

I'm not sure I agree with this, especially since the tenacious Dolphins D was not once mentioned in that article.

It's apparent to me that Bill Williamson knows nothing about the Dolphins and has bought into the "Joey Hype" everyone else is talking about. If Miami's D shows up and Joey doesn't give up too many turnovers, Dolphins win. Simple as that.

This Joey story is more of a distraction than anything.

joey
noun joeys
(Austral)
1. A young animal, especially a kangaroo.
(NZ)
2. An opossum.

not to start this fight over here since its on every single other message ....but the Miami D has played well all season. It's Daunte who couldnt get this team in the endzone. They actually gave up more points combined in Joeys games than they have in Culpeppers. And look at the teams Culpepper faced (Bills, Texans, Titans, Pitt). Horrible defensive teams. Vs Joey's (Bears K.C. Minn) What makes you so sure that someone else could come in here and throw for 500 yards and 4 td's a game? I dont see any QB's in the NFL doing better than Harrington has done against those teams. Harringtons doing a great job and the guys right on the money that he is the major reason for it. He's not perfect, but we don't need perfect. And he's getting better.

A little defensive over Joey, huh?

I really don't think the Phins' winning streak has anything to do with Harrington, but, don't let me get in your way. We all have dreams...

Miami's D-
First 7 games 8 turnovers
Last 3 games 9 turnovers
I ggot these numbers from NFL.com Gamecenter, so they should be right.
I think the miami D had a bigger role in the wins than people realize
and to be honest i didnt mean to quote you, but it wont let me copy and paste and i dont feel like retyping this, so yea your quoted.

I heard some Lions fans saying they would root for Harrington just because it would be a FU to Millen. You hear that at all and how do you think Motown is gonna greet Harrington

It would be hilarious, if that same section he said he knows the boos came from was cheering for him tommorow

It is a high pressure situation for Harrington tommorow though, I'm sure he knows all eyes will be focused on him. It will be interesting to see how he handles it.

Yeah, I think that was another article written by Joey's father.:sidelol: Harrington is not the reason we have won the games...however, he did not lose the games. The defense won Sunday's game hands down. JT and Hill both scored the winning points for the team. The offense was bogging down in the second half. The Chicago game was won, because they set the all time record for turnovers in a single game...100...well maybe I lost count on those.:sidelol:

The D has been playing better, but come on, when the Offense was as putrid as it was in those first four games, it kinds of lets the air out of the tires so to speak. The O picking it up has, in my opinion, generated some hope and given the defense some life. It goes hand in hand.

GO PHINS~!

well in that case why dont we just go out with ten players. Obviously we dont need a QB

I think he's going to get booed and heckled at first. Lots of "Jooooeeeey... Jooooeeeyyyy..."

If he starts whoopin' on the Lions, they'll start to cheer for him. The crowd will love whoever wins tomorrow, but I really believe we're going to give Joey a hard time. It's still very personal between the fans and Joey and it's very fresh in their minds. They booed him as a Lion, they'll boo him twice as fast as a Dolphin.

It's going to be a circus no matter what happens. Or maybe more surreal like a WWE event.

Good luck, Phins! Happy Thanksgiving!

GO LIONS!

If Joey throws 5 TD's and for over 500 yards, would there be a riot in Detroit?
