I was watching Dolphin Insider, andFrank was talking about how he would like to start and on how he signed with MIami cause he felt we could compete and he could have one more trip to the Superbowl. He also spoke on here he teared his quad last year.Well one of those stupid negative reporters said well the Dolphins went 4-12 last year.Frank answered back and said no not this year, this year we are going to compete. This guy wasnt brought here to be a body in camp this guy was brought here to start.

What a great all around signing

IN SABAN I TRUST!

awsome,... i luv the attitude

oh man, or line finnally looks good, cant wait to see what htay can do on monday :D

This guy is a beast, and as I have posted earlier, I believe he will be starting at RG when the regular season stars.

they also had a video of Carey practicing against WHitley he was dragging whitley back it was awesome.Boys Carey look dangerous.

I also watched his interview on Dolphins Insider and I liked what I heard and I definitely like his attitude. I feel that we made a really good signing with acquiring Middleton, and I'm really rooting for him to win the starting job at RG, with Rex Hadnot winning the starting job at C. Our staff (Especially Hudson Houck) is doing a great job putting together a good personnel with our Offensive Line, I feel we have improved tremendously from last season. But with how we played last season, we're going to have to improve even more than tremendously. Last year I would consider our O-line horrible to below average based on the overall season. We started at horrible and at our peak I would say that we were below average. But this year... I feel we are capable to being an average to above average Offensive line, and with Houck and patience... we can only get better.

So if Middleton plays right guard, does Hadnot move to center? If Hadnot moves to center, where does McKinney play? Left out?

offensive line

We haven't had a decent center since Dwight. A.D. (after Dwight) Uhlenhake - nothing special, then the RUDDY years (the human kite... he was awful) The only thing you can say for Ruddy was he was a survivor! Every year they tried to replace him but he ... remained. Then they just let him go (wise move!) for an unproven McKinney! (Spielman's magic) Seth's big claim to fame was he ran a 4.95 - at the combine. has anybody seen him pancake anyone? He bitched the most about Ricky quittin' and blocked the least . Even Ruddy was better (occassionally he'd push someone with the help of a doubleteam) A good center makes the running game go: Langer, Stephenson.

I'm happy we brought in a much needed veteran presence on the line. Hopefully he will be able to return to form.

i can't believe this offseason. not in my wildest dreams could i think of things going better w/ coaches, draft picks, and free agent signings. everytime i think were done picking people up we go out and pick up another good lineman. saban is the master.

To be honest, I think the reporter did a good job by asking that question because it made Frank further elaborate on why he thinks this team will be good. The reporters interviewing Middleton did a good job IMO because they got the answers to the questions we wanted to know about!! :)
