signing no names to make them into names, and giving them a chance to compete for a spot, i have always loved his mentality about the hardest worker gets the spot no matter what money he makes example bess over wilford who would have thunk that in the beginning of the year. that is how you run a franchise. hopeflully the last 2 players we signed make the team and become household names, or even good role players

any opinions or disagreements

Couldn't agree more. Judging by what i know of Cameron Wake, I think he will be VERY good. He will likely replace Roth I assume.

I'm not sure the idea is to turn no names into winners as it is to have depth as well as dicipline at every position. It's basically taking the proven billecheck formula, of molding the athletes you have into a team that wins games. Hopefully in your talent pool there is some elite talent but overall, that's secondary to the team approach.

I do like the fact that they will leave no stone unturned in order to find that talent.

Two biggest offseason contracts went to an Olineman and a Dlineman. Hopefully this continues this offseason!

i agree. but after being on strong side for a couple of years. after porter leaves us. hopefully wake takes over the weak side. he has a hunger for getting to the QB and i think he could be more dominant at that position than joey. hopefully this guy produces. he breathes football. he doesnt nothing else but football. no distractions in his life. FOOTBALL! FOOTBALL! YEA! COME GET SUM! good luck cam.
