I think we did about as good as you could hope at this point.

Kept the UDFAs etc. that showed promise.

Kinda interesting only one OL in the group.

I'm sure this mix will change soon enough...

I like that Ford and Rudock are still here.
Honestly, I haven't seen enough of the others to comment.

I'm happy we got Willis, Rudock, Myarick and Hanks

I know Neto doesn't really count against the ps roster numbers because he's an international player, but he doesn't belong on a roster.. There are a lot of players looking for work that are more deserving talent wise.

Hendrix, Hartage and Needham all saw extensive playing time with 1st, 2nd and 3rd string units during preseason. That spells initiation under fire. Ford has steadily improved each year and should have made the 53. Rudock looks like a viable backup option, but unfortunately caught in a numbers game and rebuild. Myarick has potential and showed lots of traits to like. Think he's got #3-#4 TE type ability on a 53 man squad. I have no idea what they see in Willis or Sam. But I expect we'll find out next preseason. Lots of questions why Willis slipped out of the draft. He certainly played like a draftable prospect in 2018.

Well... if history is any indication, half of these guys will be gone by midseason.

Rudock will be our #2 next year if Rosen wins the job and keeps us from drafting a QB. Sterup will either be brought up to start... or cut. Needham and Hartage should hang around, but are unlikely to ever be more than special teamers. Ford could develop into a 5th WR, but more likely is cut next year.

Myarick is the only one who I see as an eventual starter... and as a TE2 at best. The fact that he survived at all is a testament to his promise. We were quite deep at TE and keeping a spare on the practice squad isn't really all that helpful.

Just my 2 cents.

I think I read somewhere on here that he was hurt for the combine and due to the injury he had a rough pro-day...

This is the real reason Vincent Taylor is no longer a Dolphin...

Because we added a player to the practice squad that can be signed by any other team at any moment?

If Willis made Taylor expendable, wouldn't we want to make sure he was on the 53 man roster?

If you could run Willis and Wilkins at the 3-4 defensive end spots and find a stout run stuffing nose tackle you could have the making a of a decent young defensive line. Just need to find that immovable space eating nose tackle.

I would have liked an OG in there to develop but hard to argue kicking anyone off that list.

The 53 isn’t set in stone. Can still be changes between now and Sunday.
