Tuscaloosa, AL (Sports Network) - Anthony Grant has reached an agreement to become the next basketball head coach at the University of Alabama. Grant, who has guided Virginia Commonwealth University to two tournament appearances in three years, will take over for Mark Gottfried, who resigned in January.
