GREAT article on Zach Thomas

This whole article was fantastic best part
"Bluntly stated, No. 54 in green and orange will be strongly considered for the Pro Football Hall of Fame and is the greatest defender in team history."

VERY well deserving.

"He's always the last one to stop when the whistle is blown"
Awesome, Zach is my hero. :)

Sometimes I forget how good Zach Thomas is, especially with Jason Taylor's DPOY win. I hope he plays for five more years.

LOL Look at how these "monsters of linebackers start" look at arrington the monster is retired because he can't play anymore. Ray Lewis has played great but he isn't what he use to be despite registering less tackles. Zack Thomas is a true leader.

Zach may be the smartest player in the game . . . and tho it would be weird seeing him on the sidelines . . . I think he could be a coach in the future. Heart of a Lion . . . and the man brings it all the time. I really want him and JT to stick around for a last playoff run for this team . . . they deserve it . . . just like we do.

Three interesting things from that article,,,,,one,,were aqua and orange not green,,two,i don't think zach is 33 years old,,,NO,,i don't believe it,,and third the remarks about daunte,,once again another player hinting towards how much we want daunte on this team

when it comes TC i'am gonna be rich with fin dollars,,,i have never wavered about daunte and my belief system comes from the reactions from the players and coaches,,,,daunte is gonna be ready and a lot of people on this board are gonna eat major crow.

We better get Willis or DeOssie in the draft because Zach is gonna start really going downhill soon with his age and small body.. The human body can only take so much punishment before it gives out..

Don't be naive to think otherwise.. I wouldn't be surprised if Zach called it quits after this upcoming season.. We need to start preparing for his exit soon.. Or it will come back to bite this team .

zach is our version of tom brady: a late round find that has excelled in his position for years.

do you guys remember the story of zach getting his hair cut during his rookie training camp? from what i remember- the barber asked zach what he does and he said he plays for miami. The barber was shocked "you play for the canes?" when zach told him he played for the dolphins the barber was sure he wouldn't last long.

Zach has consistently played above his physical ability and gone a 110% on every play. one of my favorite players of all time.

thanks for posting the article hulkfish.

Zach wont win defensive MVP, he's a tackling machine but not a game-breaking turnover forcing linebacker. Lookout for Joey Porter though.....
