Great interview with new Kicker, Andrew Franks

This seems to be an ongoing problem with the Dolphins. Often players are finding out their roster status or if they are a starter or not from online media or just regular media. It hasn't bit them in the ass yet but it is customary for the HC or the coaching staff to address the player in question in private before any situational changes so as not to embarrass the player and he is prepared to answer questions and present a united front. This is not a good look and it shows how the FO is very leaky this is not a good look, if guys like Abramson and Omar (who hasn't done any investigative reporting in his life) can easily suss out Dolphin personnel decisions guess who else can. Plus players value the respect given to them on subjects like this
