Great Praise For Coach Gase's Offensive Acumen

Worst thing about this is if somehow gase is all that and a bag of chips offensive innovator tannenbaum will get a lot of the credit...when in reality hes horrid

Success for gase means more years of captain clown shoes screwing us over personnel wise

I hope they fire that asshat after 2016 but ross wont differentiate who the true asset is

If they have success it seems a bit detached to not share the credit.

If they have success and T-Baum is here, I'm not sure any rational person would attempt to not give him some of the credit.

Because reasons

Being an offensive innovator is different from being a head coach.

I have no doubts he will design and implement a good to great offense, but he'll be judged on things like the culture he creates and maintains, the discipline of the team, his management of game situations, his personal relationships with players and staff, his handling of the depth chart, his game-planning for specific opponents, etc.

If the Dolphins win games I could care less who's the reason for it or who's in the front office.

Funny, PFT led their Chris Johnson to Arizona story with "Nobody wants to play RB for the Dolphins."

CJ Anderson was excited about coming here, but Denver matched and kept his rights

lamar got paid 28 million over four years, when we were offering in the vicinity of 5 million a year. cj anderson signed an offer sheet to play here that was less money than he was offered by at least one other team (chicago). chris johnson decided to return to his former team. does that say nobody wants to play RB for the dolphins? or is it just that POS florio's anti-dolphins trash for the millionth time?

After he was hired, Gase said that he can build an effective o-line with the players in-house. Therefore, I view Gase as another Philbin.

Two times (Oswiler) and Anderson have said glowing things about Gase's offensive mind...one choose to play for him (although it didn't work out) and one gave an unsolicited endorsement. It was one thing to get some quotes right after he was hired, but to still be hearing things makes me believe that some of it may be true. Regardless of the fact we will go into the the season with holes, I am excited to see what this man can do...in the end, it can't get much worse (from a coaching standpoint).

I don't remember a single unsolicited compliment about Philbin through all 3+ years here. Gase just has this Aura around him that gives me a really good vibe. I can't put my finger on it but I am willing to put my faith in the guy and it has been well over a decade since I have had that feeling about a Dolphins coach.

Florio is a moron and I refuse to read his trash a.k.a stories.

I'll believe it if/when/ he can turn this team around. Going to be a really tough job with all of our current personnel restrictions.
