1. Channing Crowder FINALLY showed up. He stuffed more than 2 runs in the backfield and played with a lot of fire.
2. Protection was greatttttt. Kudos to the Oline. Great game running and passing.
3. Our secondary still is not clicking. Lol that was obvious but we need work. Sean Smith tackling, wilson everyting.
4. Hello Fasano. His streak against the Jets continue. With Henne and his laser arm maybe he will get more looks cuz henne can zip it over the middle...

GREAT GAME

GREAT GAME

Wilson played pretty solid.
He was late getting over the top but overall a better game from him.
Smith really need to work on his tackling you can tell it is not natural for him. We need a pass rush

The Specail Teams Needs ALOT of Work and How To Tackle should be addressed...ASAP!

I agree with a few things. Crowder was very good last night. Joey porter was MIA. I think sean smith is still learning and he was on edwards 1/2 the time, he will learn to hit low and wrap up.
I was happy that gibril wilson seemed to rember how to tackle so i cant really say much bad on him except the defensless hit over the middle.

Consistent play calling was fantastic, great short pass calls, a few looks down field with one huge TD, great run calls, never got away from the Wildcat in the Redzone, great draw call with White........D.Henning your best called game since you've been here, by far.

I was disappointed with Smith's tackling BUT he was in position to knock away that long pass to Edwards.

Our o line is coming together.
Gibril Wilson still insists on going for the killshot on receivers when he could easily make a play on the ball.
Henne's deep ball to Ginn was the best throw I've seen a dolphins qb make in a looooong time.

I wasn’t a Henne fan, I didn’t know what we would have there, I just wanted to know now. I was saying for a long time I just thought we needed to see what we had in Henne before we pencil him in as next years starter, and I wanted to do it sooner rather than later. If we had started him earlier, Pennington would still be here as a great back up.

Henne had as good a game as we could have hoped for, realistically. The catch by Ginn, finally, sure made Henne look a lot better. There were things that you could see the difference from a weak armed qb, not to beat an injured horse, but you saw some velocity on short throws and how that is important to get the ball in there too.

I thought bringing in Pat White was a huge gamble that would have been a disaster if he fumbled or something. We would have been crucifying Sporano today if that didn’t work out in the end. Huge gamble.

Special teams still sucked. Fundamental tackling by the defense is still bad. Our rookies are still getting up to NFL speed. Smith is going to be real good.

I predicted Miami would beat the jets, and so would the Bills. I’m sticking to that.

I agree, I think mostly everybody here believes in Smith, he just needs time and he will learn the hard way sometimes. Im not high on Edwards, but he his still a big play receiver.
