Green Bay game is the killer

What about the Ravens game where nobody showed up ? that was a must win and we crapped the bed in our own house that game alone should hve got Joe fired. Thank God am not rich enough to own the dolphins, I wouldve fired hisass after that game.

**** happened. It's time to sweep the Jets!!!
 
The game we should of won was the Ravens game. Those other games there was "less on the line" at the time. We were in the 6 spot, coming home to play what was essentially an elimination game (knowing @ New England was a tough task the week after) . . . . we laid a flat egg. The inconsistency of this team is mind boggling at times. We can play with the likes of Denver, Green Bay and Detroit but then in a must win situation against the Ravens to remain in the playoff chase, we come out and play poorly. Last year we had a very emotional win against New England and then lay 2 duds against the Bills and Jets with the playoffs on the line.

We still aren't over that hump yet . . . imagine how much greater yesterday's game would of been had something been on the line. Oh well, to use the most famous phrase in Dolphins history . . . "Maybe Next year"
 
Another game that cost us badly was the KC game. The Dolphins were expected to win at home but were simply outplayed by the Chiefs who had not won a game until then and Knile Davis gashed us.
 
Not much you can do about it at this point.

Time to move on to the Jets game on Sunday.

True....but one could argue we were healthier for those earlier 3 games and we held leads late in those games.

The Ravens game was a great example of why Philbin should be replaced in my opinion.

it reminded me of the last two games in 2013.

OK....I can see why that was so painful.

I was in a bar yesterday watching the game with a buddy of mine who is a Vikings fan. Our game was a lot of fun to watch from that perspective....but we were also surrounded by a bunch of Ravens fans who got more irate as the day went on. You should have heard the stuff they were saying about Flacco and his $130million dollar contract.....funny stuff.
 
If we had won one of those games you folks are mentioning in this thread, even if it put us in a win and youre in situation this week(I am not certain that one of the NFC losses would do that for us, the Baltimore game certainly would have) we would choke it all away this week vs. the Jests and you should know that. Hell, we likely would have choked yesterday if we had put ourselves in position with a win over Baltimore.
