They would be an improvement over Coyle.
 
Absolutely better than Coyle.
 
We are all on the same page on that……..they need to fire Coyle…..imagine all this is them reaching out to others before finalizing that he is gone and settling for an in house replacement once they know if the external candidates say yes or no………….

I think hoops may be right. The Dolphins may be going consultant crazy!
 
Enough consultants.. Fire Coyle, give one of them his job, and call it a day.

Too many chefs in the kitchen. Just do it right. Fire coyle then name his replacement and let's move on. Campbell will lead and be in charge of every practice. We might lose every game but with Campbell we'll go down fighting.

It may not be that easy. these guys may not want the job as DC. Someone fill us in on why guys would prefer "defensive consultant" over DC? Less risk? if D still fails can they say they just consulted didn't run the D?
 
Mike smith is a failed hc who is probably meant to be a coordinator...schiano i dont know if his personality will work in the pros...be my one real concern
 
I like that Schiano would be hungry to prove something.
 
Not sure why its hard to understand the complexities of trying to turn over a staff in a bye week. You can't just fire people and pick up where you left off. No way in hell you could bring in someone to replace Lazor as may take 2-3 months to install an offensive system. Defense not quite as hard but give Campbell a break. He has to evaluate what's manageable first and go from there.

Have a little more patience than a pimply faced high school lad looking to get laid in a house of ill repute.

Well he worked the Ravens LBs under Marvin Lewis before taking over the Jags defense. Thought he did a pretty good job in Jacksonville. Not sure what he's doing now.
 
Not sure if Mike Smith has an incentive for the Fins job. He is getting paid by Atlanta and has a blemish for how the Atlanta gig ended. Schiano has take any gig that is out there at this point, no?
