Grier started his career as a scout for the Pats.
During that time Flores was playing linebacker at Boston College.
Flores eventually started his career as a scout for the Pats.
They never worked there at the same time, but since they came up the same way they apparently have known each other for awhile.
For how long, I am not sure.
