Of course this is only speculation if indeed Paul Pasqualoni gets the boot at the end of the year. Groh could be a good fit on Sparano's staff.
 
I'll take him in a second. He would be a huge upgrade to Pasqualoni. Even though it is speculation it is cause for hope.
 
Get ready for weeks of plenty of speculation. Groh, Weis, Crennel are all going be linked to Miami ad nauseum until something happens.
 
Wouldn't lose any sleep of PP leaving but if given the choice to have a new DC or OC I'd take OC. Ofcourse in a perfect world we would get both.
 
i would take anybody @ this point, these 2 bums gotta go, bad bad coaching imo.

I'm embarrassed to say I don't really know much about Al Groh. But if he can bring some toughness to this defense, then I'm all for it.
 
He is another of these grumpy old school guys who failed dismally when given a college head coaching role at Virginia. I don't understand all the excitement to sign him up. Just because he is an old coaching buddy of the Tuna doesn't mean that he is right for our Defensive Co-ordinator. We can do better...
 
Um, like I've said, I don't really know the guy very well but I do know nobody wanted to face that Virginia defense.
