We're fortunate (or unfortunate) Henning and Pasq didn't have a problem with it. But most old-timer Bill Parcells buddies WILL. I'm here to work WITH ya, Bill, not FOR this young guy.

I wonder if this also had maybe something to do with Sparano didn;t feel he was the one he wanted and then Groh goes and takes the DC job a GT and then acts like he didnt come to Miami only beacuse Bill wasent the coach. I see this more of a Ireland and Sparano did not think he was the guy and now he is acting like he did not want the job. lol

He probably thought he was going to report to Bill like he did when he was the coach with the Jets. When he found out that he wasn't going to be a puppet but have to answer to another puppet he wasn't down for that and took the GT job instead. I seriously wounder with everyone saying that "Parcells runs the show" and "Sporano is a lame duck head coach" that he didn't just think to himself Parcells is the coach anyway. I don't think I've ever herd anybody at espn even mention Sparano's name.
