DolfanISS
Perennial All-Pro
I'm sure when he's being inducted into the Hall of Fame, or polishing his multiple Super Bowl rings, or contemplating his tens of millions of dollars, or banging models and porn stars, that he's going to think back on this moment and silently weep.
Or, more likely, laugh knowing that the only joy Dolphins fans have had in decades is to make themselves feel better by dwelling on ultimately insignificant moments in meaningless games.
The motto of the 21st century Dolphins: "The speed bump on the road to New England's Super Bowl."
He's not thinking of the Dolphins though. He's pretty much thinking of 31 other teams other than maybe the Giants. He's probably laughing harder at the MVP Pat Mahomes who couldn't beat his Pats at home with the SB at stake, the great Rans who went into the fetal position at the site of NE, the great Andrew Luck who is 0 - how many games they've played vs NE, the Steelers who have never beaten NE in a meaningful game, the great Philip Rivers who also has never beaten NE in a meaningful game, the Falcons, the list goes on and on. My point is the Dolphins had more success then some of these other supposedly competitive good teams. He's probably laughing harder at them, I know I would be.
