Gruden wants to coach.

The story folded about an hour after that report.

I'm pretty sure Gruden has already turned Ross down several times

I'd be happy with Gruden.
But I read it's a rumor about him wanting the Eagles job which he said he's not interested.

more change of getting Vince Lombardi out of retirement

The networks must evaluate their broadcast teams at the end of the season too. They would want to keep fresh faces and guys who had been there done that fairly recently. You never hear much about off season changes there. Maybe a broadcast job has a lifespan of ten years and some of those guys will have to go out and be relevant again.

He would immediately go right to the top of my list... With that being said no way Ross is bright enough to convince him to come to this **** show

Gruden's last few years in Tampa weren't great, and he was fired for Morris. Why would we want him at what would probably be an outrageous amount of money?

Doubt he is going anywhere..

Jon Gruden signed a contract extension with ESPN that will keep him with the network through 2021. ESPN has signed Monday Night Football analyst Jon Gruden to a contract extension through 2021, the network announced Monday.Dec 15, 201

Report: ESPN's highest-paid on-air employee is Jon Gruden.

if reports are true, why Philly over Miami? He loves Tannehill.
Mark Dominik on Sirius NFL was talking about how intense and granular Gruden was. I just don't know what Philly has. Chip traded away all the chips

Just another FALSE report to get the fans all stirred up. We might as well get used to it. Management will dick around just long enough to loose out on a coach who can change the culture of this team.
we need a coach who has been to the superbowl that knows how to win. Not a one year wonder.

They are not, Gruden said he is not interested in Philly.

Pipe dream, but I'd be happy with it. Not that I think he is a better coach than Shanahan

This guy should just come out and say like Jimmy Johnson I am never coaching again. I am retired and enjoying life.

I wouldn't say he LOVES him. He was calling him out badly during the Giants game.
