Don't think that Channing Crowder is logging double duty with the ones (weakside) and twos (middle) for no reason. The coaching staff knows that Zach Thomas has been labeled as a guy who breaks down late in the season. They're getting Channing ready for that, and possibly to take over at Mike should Zach find his way out of Miami after this season.
